At Wired, quality is one of our highest priorities. Before a single electrical harness leaves our facility, it is thoroughly tested insuring the quality of the assembly and correct circuitry. We use a Hipot test system that checks for correct connections, all possible combinations of opens and shorts, diode polarity, resistance and leakage current due to compromised insulation and wires within a harness.
